Designed around conversation

Hear the person.
Understand the work.

Speech clarity, all-shift comfort and dependable connectivity are one system: voice, people and environment.

Three areas of focus

Technology starts with the conversation, not the feature

Work environmentEvery employee's voice is part of a shared space
01

Voice

Preserve meaning, tone and intent across quiet dialogue, expressive speech and faster pace.

02

People

Account for individual fit, speaking style, listening preferences and the length of the working day.

03

Environment

Separate the conversation from nearby voices, office noise and the characteristics of each UC or telephony system.

International brand. Global expertise.

Different voices.
Shared understanding.

RHITOR professional headsets are designed with input from experts with decades of global industry experience. Our approach reflects the real communication needs of multinational teams and international organizations.

01 / Voice

Designed for individual voices

Languages, accents, tone, pace and emotion all shape voice transmission. We design for this diversity so every listener can understand the words and hear the intent.

02 / People

Comfort for the working rhythm

Fit, microphone position and intuitive controls matter in both quiet meetings and intensive customer conversations. Selection begins with the user, call duration and workstation.

03 / Environment

Your communications ecosystem

UC platforms, softphones and IP phones require a carefully planned connection. USB, Bluetooth, QD and DECT support configurations that can be validated in the customer's environment.

Voice and acoustics

Two sides of a good conversation

Microphone path

So they hear you

Microphone position, distance and processing should preserve word endings and natural intonation.

  • voice is separated from surrounding noise;
  • pace, pauses and expressive speech remain clear;
  • results are validated in a real call.
Listening path

So you hear them

Speakers, ear-cushion fit and isolation shape how the other party sounds. ANC supports listening comfort and does not replace microphone noise cancellation.

  • speech remains intelligible;
  • volume matches the user and environment;
  • settings align with the UC client or softphone.
Ergonomics

A fit evaluated at work

Fit

Headband

The adjustment range should provide a stable fit without excess pressure, including with glasses and during head movement.

Comfort

Ear cushions

Material, seal and heat are evaluated after extended conversations. Replacement options depend on the model.

Precision

Microphone

The boom should return easily to the working position. Correct distance helps reduce breath noise and preserve clarity.

Intuitive

Controls

Volume and mute should be easy to find by touch. Hardware controls are validated in the chosen application.

Reliability

The headset as part of the workstation

Contact-center headsets operate through most of a shift and repeat the same cycles: wear, remove, adjust, answer, mute and change volume. Housing, cables, connectors, hinges and replaceable ear cushions all matter.

Public industry benchmarks show a wide range of workloads. Validation should reflect the upper end of a real shift.

6–8hours of headset use per shift
40–80voice contacts on a typical inbound line
100+contacts on high-volume short-interaction lines

What this means for deployment. Test the headset for several consecutive hours at the real working pace, including typical movement, reconnection, mute and volume adjustments.
